The successive (substantial) versions of each of them can be described in the revision history, with the wiki providing support for intermediate revisions. The common aggregates (top-level management products) are included in the top drop-down menus. Also, the child/parent relationships are included on the atom's pages. The content of an atom is edited as the initiative progresses, typically in accordance with the Prince2^TM standard.
